Department of Pharmacy
Pharmacy is the study of the creation, production, and management of drugs. Therefore, pharmacy includes the fields of chemistry, physics, and biology, and was incorporated into the scientific system based on research methods.
The mission of the College of Pharmacy, established in 1981, is to create highly qualified professional pharmacists, pharmaceutical scientists, and other health care officials who will care for the health and future of our society. During the last decade, the College has made a strong commitment to intensive research and creative education by maintaining various undergraduate and graduate programs. The College is well-equipped with research facilities, complete multimedia systems, and computer networks for modern education.
Graduates play a pivotal role in the development of new drugs and scientific technologies in leading research institutes, government agencies, and pharmaceutical industries both in Korea and abroad.
